Application of heat aging test box: This product is applicable to rubber, plastic, artificial leather, wire, cable, insulator or covered rubber test piece and other chemical synthetic products, to determine the heat aging, elongation and tensile resistance of polymer materials, so as to compare the change of tensile strength and elongation of test piece before and after aging.
Features of heat aging test box: this aging box is used to test wires, cables, insulators or covered rubber test pieces to compare the tensile strength and elongation of test pieces before and after aging. This machine uses the hot air circulation mode to promote the aging of the test piece. The inner box has strong airtightness and is equipped with over temperature automatic cut-off protection device. It is generally considered that one day of test in the aging box at 70 ℃ is equivalent to six months of use in the natural environment, and the standard requirements are in accordance with GB / T 3512-2014 / ISO 188:2011
Structure and characteristics of thermal aging test chamber:
1. The large observation window is equipped with lighting lamp to keep the light in the box bright, and the toughened glass is used to observe the condition of the box clearly at any time;
2. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and special ducts that can operate continuously under high temperature, and the temperature in the working room is even;
3. The aging box device is equipped with a low-speed rotary table;
4. The box body is insulated with ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss;
5. The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole of 50mm, which can be used for external test power line or signal line;
6. The time and times of air exchange can be set arbitrarily;
7. Control accuracy: ± 0.1 ℃;

Power supply installation and method
1. The power supply marked by the machine shall be used;
2. Pay attention to the device of electric wire, avoid trampling, damage and leakage, and ensure the safety of external wire;
3. Connect the corresponding voltage socket (or change fuse switch), turn on the switch on / off, and set the temperature control by yourself when the power indicator is on
Operation instructions
1. Check whether the applied voltage is consistent.
2. Open the vent hole and air inlet hole to the proper position (low temperature, large hole position; high temperature, opposite).
3. Turn on the "power" key of the machine, the power indicator light will be on, and then the power supply will be available. Adjust and set the temperature controller according to the required temperature. For detailed temperature operation, please refer to the PID temperature controller operation instructions.
4. PV display temperature is the actual measured temperature.
5. Set the required temperature by using the △ del key of PID temperature controller.
6. When heating, the heating indicator will be fully on, and the actual temperature will flash when it is close to the set temperature.
7. For the method of air change frequency, please refer to the measurement method of aging air exchange rate.
8. When the temperature is over, the power light on the power switch will be off, and the heating light on the top will be on continuously. Please pay attention to whether the high temperature on the right side is abnormal.
IV. precautions
1. Before use, pay attention to whether the voltage is correct. Only apply to the power supply marked on the machine to avoid excessive power, which may lead to power misfire.
2. When the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature (measured by the standard thermometer) is very large, the parts of the circuit board cannot be adjusted at will, and the company shall be notified to send personnel for handling.
3. Do not open the machine at will when the temperature changes during use.
4. Do not put it in a damp place to prevent electric leakage.
5. Do not wash directly with water to prevent leakage.
6. It is forbidden to put alcohol, adhesive and other volatile and acid substances in the machine to prevent accidents.
7. Do not use combustible materials near the machine to prevent accidents.
8. Please put the items into the machine carefully.
